Please reply via email with YES or NO for each tool being estimated. Include the model, purchase order #, or customer name if there are multiple tools.

If you choose NO, you have 2 options: SCRAP or RETURN.

SCRAP = We will scrap your tool at no charge.
RETURN = We will return you tool disassembled in a bag, and there will be a $10.00 estimate fee if the repair price was in a reasonable range.
RETURN Reassemble = The tool will be returned unrepaired, but we will reassemble it to the best of our ability. There is a $12.00 Reassembly fee for this service. We reserve the right to deny reassembly due to safety and/or tool condition.

Please take note that the shipping cost is not included in the estimate. It will be calculated and added at the time of shipping.

Estimates are valid for 30 days. If we do not receive a response within 30 days, your tool(s) may be scrapped. We will attempt a courtesy contact prior to scrapping the tool.

If you do not receive your tool back in a timely manner from the time you have approved the estimate, please call us to expedite your service order. There is always a possibility that your email was not delivered to us.
